Is there a deadline for buying a box ?

You can buy your box whenever you want and we will send it to you as soon as possible, anywhere in Canada!

Can I order only one box?

It is quite possible, whether it is the Gift Box or the Deluxe Box! Nothing is automatically renewed, just come back next season to find out what's in the next box!

Where can I buy the products that I discovered in my box?

A small description of the products with their respective websites will always be included in your boxes so that you can easily find them and extend your little moment of happiness!

How long will it take to receive my box?

We deliver with Canada Post, depending on where you live, you will receive your box approximately 3 business days after shipping. The box leaves around the 15th of each month.  

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel a new order within 14 days to get a refund. Never hesitate to contact us if something bothers you concerning your box content, we will do everything to adjust in order to satisfy you fully! No refund will be issued for a box already shipped. No returns are accepted.

Are the products natural?

Offering you natural products is super important to us! We choose natural, green and without chemical over traditional products. We care about your well-being and I firmly believe in the effectiveness of natural products on health!

Are the recipes vegan?

They may not all be vegan, but you can always find alternatives and replace ingredients that are not suitable for your diet! This will allow you to become more and more creative, looking at the bright side ;) 

How to cancel my subscription?

If you ever want to leave us and cancel your subscription, the first thing you have to do is log into your customer account right here:

Go to the "Manage my subscription" tab and select all the products you no longer wish to receive by clicking on the "Cancel" button.

This button is on the right of every product you have in your account.

If you ever have any problems during these steps, don't hesitate to contact us! We won't ask you any questions about the reason for your cancellation, even if we will obviously be disappointed that you are no longer part of the family...
