Honey - The secret to flawless skin

The nectar collected from the flowers is turned into honey to dress up some of the most appetizing desserts. Over time, honey has remained one of the main ingredients in skin care. It has maintained its importance because of the beneficial factors. The healing ability of honey is incredible, which makes it one of the favorite components of home remedies. Honey has many good properties like magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium, chlorine, sulfur, iron and phosphate. It contains vitamins like B1, B2, C, B6, B5 and B3. There are small amounts of copper, iodine and zinc.
Honey is very good for your skin because of its properties. You can use honey for facial masks as it treats your skin very well. It nourishes your skin by the essential properties it contains. It is very good at removing wrinkles from the face and acts as an anti-aging remedy. Honey is able to maintain moisture, which helps your skin to stay soft and supple. The moisturizing quality of honey proves that it maintains the elasticity, softness and smoothness of the skin. The presence of antioxidants in honey protects you from UV rays.
Mix 1 tbsp. Honey, 2 c. finely ground almonds with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice. Rub it on your face. Rinse with warm water.
Make a decoction of 1 c. honey with peeled and seeded apples. Apply this paste on your face for 15 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water.
Honey facial mask
1 tbsp. honey, 1 egg white, 1 tsp. glycerin and in proportion, add flour to all the ingredients to whip a smooth paste. Spread this paste all over the face, including the neck and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.
For a pleasant bath
To have a relaxing bath, add 1/4 cup of honey to your bath water and relax in the silky smooth water.
A smooth conditioner
Mix 1 c. honey with 1 c. vegetable oil and 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice. This mixture is a very natural conditioner to be applied on all the parts of your body that are dry. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse it off later.
Mix 1/2 cup of warm water with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Use a cotton ball to soften blemishes by applying constant pressure. Apply honey with the help of cotton ball and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it and dry it.
Using honey on chapped lips is a great success.
Use 1/4 cup freshly ground coffee, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 2 c. wheat germ, 2 c. honey, 1 tbsp. grapeseed oil, 1 egg white. Mix the buttermilk, honey, grapeseed oil and egg white. Keep adding coffee and wheat germ slowly to this mixture to avoid lumps. Apply this paste all over the body while bathing to help exfoliate. Rinse it off completely and dry it to see the effects.
